A Gardener’s Diary on HGTV

Friday, June 19th, 2009

For all you early risers, “A Gardener’s Diary” is now on Friday mornings at 6:30am EST on HGTV, at least for now. Tricky to navigate their website, they like to keep you guessing. Thanks for watching! I’ll post any changes as soon as I find out about them.

    I love the show and would like to collect the videos. Are they available for sale anywhere? I would like to submit my gardens for you to consider for your show, how do I do that? Thank You!

    I set my alarm every Friday to see Gardners Diary at 5:30 A. M. Central standard time. I would love to see Erica on more often than one time a week! I would love to purchase her tours of gardens if they were available. Please don’t drop her from HGTV.

    thanks so much. Unfortnately HGTV owns the show and doesn’t sell DVD’s. I hope to produce some on my own to show online or sell or both.

    I love this program. I would like hgtv to put more of this type of show on the air. Also Kathy Renwald show. These were very good gardening shows.

    Please return Gardener’s Diary to the air. It is my favorite show and the only one that I will watch in reruns. I cannot imagine why HGTV would drop such a winner. It might get picked up by someone else.

    I wish this show was on more often. I cannot get it anymore,it was the best. I liked the tour of the gardens. It was a much better show than the Victory Garden because of the people and gardners are regular homeowners with great ideas and strictly flowers and gardens none of that cooking and professional gardening.

    Ramona,
    HGTV does not appear to be planning to air any garden shows (that I am aware of ) in the near future. If I find another way (internet, etc) to have a show like A Gardener’s Diary I will let you know. I do wish they would offer copies for sale. Thanks for your interest, Happy Gardening.
