I, too, wish there were new episodes. Love the show!
It is really a shame Gardener’s Diary is on only once a week and so early in the morning! The inspiration and ideas from the show are wonderful – As is seeing beautiful gardens in all parts of the country. HGTV is supposed to stand for gardens too! There are enough garden make over shows – show us more of the gardens that are established and working! We want more of Erica!
I think HGTV removed this show from this timeslot…I can’t find it!!! Are there DVD’s available?…It is the best gardening show on TV! Love the show!
HGTV is no longer showing Gardener’s Diary. I loved this show. I was able to TIVO about 10 of them. Hopefully it will come back. I agree, it is the best gardening program because you get to see the garden done and see how much the owner loves their garden.
Debby, sorry but HGTV owns AGD and doesn’t sell it. I will keep you posted if I work on another show.

I am so disappointed in HGTV. This was my very favorite gardening show and now I can’t find it. Gardening is a VERY popular hobby in the US and this show brought all types of gardens into our homes from all different parts of the country. This is really ashame.
A Gardener’s Diary and A Gardener’s Journal were my favorite gardening shows. I miss them very much and would like to own them on DVD. I wish there was a channel devoted completely to gardening, 24/7. I look forward to your next project, Erica. I don’t know how I’m going to manage without it. I have about 4-5 episodes on DVR, but I need more, lots more!!!

I really miss your show. I would set my recorded so that I wouldn’t miss any of them. I do have quite a few of them on tape and transferring them to DVDs. I have been continuously checking HGTV line up to see if you were back on for the summer. Much to my dissappointment I don’t see any upcoming shows.

I would like to purchase the complete Gardener’s Diary TV series. Please let me know if this is available anywhere for purchase. It was my favorite HGTV show of all time. I am disgusted with the loss of the best garden shows on tv to be replaced with all the “how to sell your house programing”

I haven’t watched HGTV in YEARS. They sold out to advertisers long agon. I spend my time watching food network during the day time when I get the chance to watch. I loved the old gardening shows. What they have now is beyond boring.
If anyone at HGTV is listening, I too would happily pay good money to buy the entire series of A Gardener’s Diary on DVD. I really wish they would release it. I miss that show, there’s almost nothing gardening related on HGTV anymore, the endless programs about young couples buying tract houses are getting old.

I hope they may be online one day. Since the network owns the show I have no control over what they do.

One of my all-time favorite shows. Always beautifully done, classy and informative. I really miss not seeing Erica, and learning from her travels. HGTV should be ashamed. Holding out for Ericas eventual return!!!
How I miss getting up in the early in the morning to watch A Gardeners Dairy. Drinking my coffee and enjoying the beautiful things people would do to there landscaape….PLEASE bring it back. Most of all its them that made it so beautiful!
I am sick. Had to have our receiver replaced and lost all 30 of my episodes that I had saved. Erica, my favorite all time program. Help!
I too love this show and wish you could buy it or view online. I have probably 15 that i recorded on my dvr before they shut the show down and now need to get an external hard drive so i don’t lose them if my dvr ever goes out. I do agree with a post up above. Hgtv used to be the most watched show in our house but it is never turned on anymore. They should change the name to RETV as it is mainly only real estate shows. I feel they have turned their backs on the fans that watched in the early days and made this channel possible.

I have been searching for months for a way to buy videos of this show now that it is no longer airing. I just came across this website and am so glad to see that other people miss this show as much as I do. I hope HGTV will change their mind and release the entire series on DVD or better yet, put the show back on the air!

Who should I contact at HGTV to purchase copies of Gardener’s Diary shows???? I can’t live the winter in Michigan without them! They are upgrading my satellite system and I am told I will lose all the episodes I have recorded. I’m sure there are a lot of us who will continue to “bug” whomever! Thanks so much for all the enjoyment. I especially need the atty. show with the secret garden & the Furman grads with the purple garden house & the rose growing airline stewardess!
